How SOARS Benefits Administrators
SOARS provides an opportunity for current and aspiring superintendents to join a confidential registry that will:
- Provide direct e-mail notification of all superintendent searches facilitated by NJSBA
- Allow enrollees to complete and file a common application with NJSBA
How the Program Works
With our SOARS registry, moving up to your next position couldn’t be easier. Here—in four easy steps—is how SOARS works:
Step One: You provide your completed common application to NJSBA
Step Two: We send you e-mail notifications about all new superintendent searches that are being facilitated by NJSBA
Step Three: When you see a position that interests you, you let us know and we’ll provide the district specific supplement
Step Four: Send your supplemental materials to NJSBA. We’ll package your material and common application—already on file—and submit for consideration
