Overview of the County Association. The membership of the Cape May CSBA is made up of all nineteen district Boards of Education in the county. The goal of the Association is to enhance the skills and knowledge of local BOE members in the county. The Cape May CSBA serves as a forum for the exchange of information and ideas and as a catalyst to expedite and initiate action. All Cape May CSBA events are open to all BOE members and Administrators in the county.
