Ocean County’s Executive County Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Bruce Greenfield, is a leader in creating a model for the Committee on Shared Services, providing recommendations statewide on creative solutions to shared service and consolidation challenges.  He and Dr. Michael Foster will present information on recent advances in Ocean County shared service initiatives, including the real-time database for special education, as well as curriculum and cooperative purchasing.  Additionally, we will discuss the impact of shared services successes and inter-local agreements on consolidation issues.
