Overview of the Association: The membership of UCSBA is made up of twenty-two school districts.  The goal of the association is to enhance the skills and knowledge of local board of education members throughout Union County.  UCSBA serves as a forum for the exchange of information and ideas and as a catalyst to expedite and initiate action.

All UCSBA events are open to board members and administrators from the twenty-two school districts.
