Voting in the Annual School Election – by selecting your school board members and deciding your school district’s budget – is a simple but powerful way to support student success and strengthen your community.

Now it’s easier than ever to vote. State law now allows voters to cast their vote by mail through the use of a mail-in ballot – without being required to provide a reason for not making it to the polls on election day.

The New Jersey School Boards Association created this Voter Information Center to provide the resources needed to take part in the Annual School Election, which is scheduled for April 20 this year. It includes background information and data, as well as links to obtain a mail-in ballot and voter registration forms. Remember: The deadline to register for the school election is Tuesday, March 30.

Be sure to do your part by taking part in the Annual School Election.
