Progressive K through 12 school district with a student population of approximately 10,000 seeks a strong leader to join a dynamic administrative team in the following position:
Human Resources Manager – Must possess MA degree in Human Resources, Education Administration, Labor Relations or Business Relations. Experience in labor relations, personnel recruiting, contract management, employee benefits and knowledge of requirements for NJ public school certification and mentoring program needed. Three years experience in labor relations, personnel, recruiting, including negotiation and grievance adjudication required. New Jersey Certification as Supervisor or Principal desirable.
