Support common sense in the

No Child Left Behind:

Elementary and Secondary Education Act

The NJSBA, as part of the New Jersey Leadership for Educational Excellence (LEE) group, is requesting that boards all across the state of New Jersey tell Congress to support common sense in the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act.  The links below will give you information outlining the problems with NCLB, some common sense solutions, and a sample board resolution.

Kindly have your local board adopt the resolution. We highly recommend that you mail and/or fax a copy of your board's resolution, attaching the LEE group report, to your Congressional representatives (House and Senate) in their Washington, D.C. office as well as their local district offices in New Jersey, which can be found through their websites (links below). Please be sure to send a copy of your resolution to the NJSBA as well.
