NOTICE - ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM FOR SCHOOL ATTORNEYS ("AMPSA")

As an AMPSA participant, you appreciate the value of
membership in the only program dedicated exclusively to
Which is why I hope you’ll renew your AMPSA membership
for the 2007-2008 fiscal year. To renew, simply return the enclosed renewal
notice with payment by July 31, 2007. Renewal
before July 31, 2007 will assure that you continue to receive all publications
in a timely manner. Annual dues are based on a three-tiered system and
cover the period July 1, 2007 – June 30, 2008. A detailed description of the
three tiers is included for your review.
Also enclosed is information on our new and improved School Law Database. If you would like
to enroll or renew your subscription to the Index
to New Jersey School Law Decisions, simply return the Index registration form with your AMPSA renewal.

MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM FOR SCHOOL ATTORNEYS
BENEFITS OF MEMBERSHIP
The AMPSA program was
inaugurated by the New Jersey School Boards Association (NJSBA) and the New
Jersey Association of School Attorneys (NJASA) to provide school attorneys with
an extensive range of learning and training opportunities in school law.
Membership is open to individual school board attorneys on a three-tiered
system of payment. All school attorneys enrolled in AMPSA are automatically
enrolled in New Jersey Association of School Attorneys.
As the following list shows,

category of NJSBA’s Consultant Registry (by individual name). You can now include your own personalized
statement for the Consultant Registry with your registration form. (Category A
only)

Consultation with, including research by, staff attorneys at a reduced hourly fee.
(Member rates are $50 per hour. Non-member rates are $100 per hour.)

for Members Only portions of the NJSBA Web site.
