The districts with bond referendums are Fort Lee in Bergen County and Upper Township in Cape May County. Of the total amount that is being requested, more than $16 million would qualify for state funds. The fourth Tuesday in January is one of the five dates each year that school boards may hold special elections. The next date on which a school board may schedule a bond referendum question is March 13. Details of the Jan. 24 school construction proposals are below.
