Ethics Disclosure NJSBA’s Instructions for Filling Out the School Ethics Act Financial Disclosure Statements are designed to assist school officials in completing the annual Personal/Relative Disclosure and Financial Disclosure Statements. The disclosure statements must be filed with the board secretary on or before April 30 or within 30 days of taking office or appointment, whichever is applicable. |
