Kathy Winecoff, president of Monmouth County School Boards Association (far left), and Patti Pawling, former president of NJSBA (far right), presented teachers Christin Colllins and Trish Emerson of Brielle School District with a School Leader Award for their program, “Three-Strand Curriculum for South African Study.”  The award was given to them during Monmouth County SBA’s Spring Dinner held at the Channel Club in June.
