Notice: NJSBA Board of
Directors Meeting

In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, notice is hereby provided of a meeting of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey School Boards Association. The meeting will be held 7:30 p.m. Friday, Sept.15, 2006 at the Robert Wood Johnson Center for Health and Wellness, 3100 Quakerbridge Road (Exit 65A, Interstate 295) in Mercerville, N.J.

The meeting is open to the public.

The agenda, to the extent known at this time, will include discussion and/or action on: minutes of the May 18, 2006 meeting, recognition of former officers and members of the Board of Directors, the Conflict of Interest Statement and Board of Directors’ Code of Conduct Certification, Legislative and Resolutions subcommittee appointments, Board of Directors’ outstanding dues for districts, High School Reform Initiative, facilities update, Jerkins amicus request, and officer and executive director reports.
