See ‘Snapshots of Success’

New Jersey’s public schools serve approximately 1.4 million students and rank among the top in the nation on many measures of achievement.

To provide board members with accurate information about our state’s public schools, NJSBA has developed a special “Good News” Web page with research and facts that illustrate the success of public education in New Jersey. The Web page also features “Snapshots of Success,” a frequently updated list of newspaper clips about public school achievement and innovation.

“The fact is, New Jersey’s public schools are among the best in the nation in so many benchmarks of success,” noted NJSBA President Kevin E. Ciak. “Certainly, boards of education must continually strive to improve our schools. But with our fellow New Jerseyans, we should also celebrate their success.”
