Mary Carmichael, former Commercial Township board member, is presented with a plaque recognizing her for 27 years of service by Joe Deluca, president of Cumberland County School Boards Association, during the group’s Sept. 20 fall dinner. Carmichael also is a former Cumberland SBA president and former member of the NJSBA Board of Directors.
