Rita Sweeney (left), Ocean County School Boards Association president, recently received a plaque and resolution recognizing her service to NJSBA from Lori Handaly-Kaye, county program coordinator. Sweeney retired this year as Ocean County’s representative to the NJSBA Board of Directors.
