NJSBA Board of Directors to Meet

In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, notice is hereby provided of a meeting of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey School Boards Association. The meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 12, 2007 at the Robert Wood Johnson Conference Center, 3100 Quakerbridge Road, Exit 65-A, I-295, Mercerville, N.J.

The meeting is open to the public.

The agenda, to the extent known at this time, will include discussion and/or action on: minutes of the November 17, 2006 meeting; Governance and Operations Policy File Code 4155, Attendance; Legislative and Resolutions Subcommittee appointments; 2007 Legislative Agenda and Action Plan; NJSBA 2007-08 Governance Calendar; ratification of Bylaws; Long Range Plan Committee updates; Saturday Board of Directors meetings; education issue for March Board of Directors meeting; and officers, executive director and Construction Review Committee’s reports.
