Crisis Communication

Does your school district have a plan on how to communicate with the public during a crisis?

Superintendents, board members, and public relations and public information professionals are invited to attend the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services’ 2nd Annual Emergency and Crisis Communication Conference on Thursday, May 3 at Mercer County Community College in West Windsor.

Registration is slated from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. The free program will begin at 9 a.m. and end at 3:45 p.m.

Technology Showcase

Math and science supervisors, tutors and teachers are invited to attend a Technology Showcase on April 25 at Middlesex County College in Edison.

The session, sponsored by the college, Texas Instruments and Keyboard Consultants Inc., will include topics such as Essential Instructional Strategies for Every Math and Science Classroom, and Using Technology in Middle School Math.
