Ethics Form Instructions on NJSBA Web Site

NJSBA has posted School Ethics Disclosure Statement instructions online. The instructions are designed to assist school officials in completing the annual Personal/Relative Disclosure Statement and Financial Disclosure Statement. These disclosure statements must be filed with the board secretary on or before April 30 or within 30 days of taking office or appointment, whichever is applicable.

The instructions may be found under the “What’s New” section of www.njsba.org. Additional information and instructions on filling out these forms can be found on the School Ethics Commission’s Web page at www.nj.gov/njded/ethics. (Scroll down to the “School Ethics Commission Disclosure Form” link.)
