NJSBA Plans Legislative Days

Interested in visiting the Statehouse, meeting with your legislative representatives, and seeing how laws are made?

This year, NJSBA is giving its members multiple opportunities to network with state lawmakers and to advocate for public education during three Legislative Days: May 24, June 7 and June 14. The “Day-at-the-Capitol” events are offered in place of NJSBA’s traditional Legislative Conference.

Each program will begin at 9 a.m. with a Continental breakfast at NJSBA’s Trenton headquarters, where members will be briefed on the latest legislation affecting public education. From there, NJSBA’s Governmental Relations team will accompany board members to the Statehouse for face-to-face meetings and opportunities to watch lawmakers in action.

Reserve your spot a week in advance by registering with Gail Robins toll free at (888) 886-5722, ext. 5201. Space is limited.
