Meet NJSBA’s New FSRs:
Kathy Winecoff and Nancy Di Bartolo

NJSBA welcomes two new Field Service Representatives to its team. As FSRs, Kathy Winecoff and Nancy Di Bartolo will provide direct services to local boards of education, respond to information requests and assist board members and district administrators. They will also conduct in-service training for school boards and deliver presentations on educational trends and issues for county school boards associations.

Kathy Winecoff

A nine-year veteran of the Millstone Township Board of Education, Kathy joined the NJSBA staff on April 2. She holds the Certificated Board Member designation through the NJSBA Board Member Academy and has served as her school board’s president and vice president.

Kathy is a former president of the Monmouth County School Boards Association. She has also served as a group leader for NJSBA’s New Board Member Orientation program.

A graduate of Seton Hall University, Kathy holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She also attended the University of Pittsburgh, where she majored in Spanish, with a minor in Italian.


Nancy Di Bartolo

Nancy will begin working for NJSBA on June 4.  She has served on the Wanaque Board of Education since 2000, including four years as vice president.  Nancy has also chaired the board’s negotiations, personnel and policy committees.

She has organized a successful construction referendum project and led contract negotiations that resulted in health benefit concessions, saving hundreds of thousands of dollars for her district.

A graduate of William Paterson University, Nancy holds a bachelor’s in accounting and another in business administration.
