Students, parents and educators from throughout the state gathered in Princeton on Monday to celebrate Special Education Week in New Jersey. NJSBA and ASAH...serving the private special education community since 1974 have sponsored the event for 23 years.
Roberta Wohle, director of special education for the state Department of Education, presented a proclamation from Gov. Jon S. Corzine recognizing the achievements of the state’s special education students.
Twelve districts also were honored as part of NJSBA and ASAH’s Innovations in Special Education contest for exceptional education programs. |
