Has your district implemented an innovative school-community relations program?  The Workshop 2007 School Public Relations Mini-Workshops are your chance to share your district’s best practices with school leaders throughout New Jersey.

The School PR Mini-Workshops consist of 30-minute, roundtable sessions that are presented twice within the one-hour timeslot.  Last year’s presentations addressed engaging the community; involving parents and older citizens in the schools; working with the news media; communicating during a crisis; and gaining support for bond and budget proposals.

This year’s Mini-Workshop program is slated for 2:45 p.m. to 3:45 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 24.
