New Resources: Meet the QSAC Challenge

NJSBA is ready to help your school board with the state’s new monitoring and evaluation system, the New Jersey Quality Single Accountability Continuum (NJQSAC), which will go into effect this fall.

As part of your board’s dues, an NJSBA Field Service Representative will visit your school district and conduct a presentation on the board’s and the administration’s roles in the new monitoring process and how the system will be overseen by the state Department of Education.

NJQSAC will apply a single set of standards to all districts to promote equity, efficiency and effectiveness. It will focus on five key areas of school district effectiveness: instruction and programs; personnel; fiscal management; operations; and governance.
