Children’s Health and Safety Conference

“Caring for Our Children’s Health and Safety: Schools and Communities Strengthening Families” will be the topic of a seminar from 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, July 19 in Princeton.

The seminar, to be held at the New Jersey Hospital Association Conference Center, is sponsored by the Association for Children of New Jersey.

Presenters will include:

  • Dr. Duane Dyson, director of the Violence Prevention Institute in East Orange, who will address bullying, gangs and mental health resources.

  • Patti Lucarelli, a registered nurse, who will discuss helping children manage their anger.

  • June T. Cuddihy, a registered nurse, who will speak on healthy eating and physical activities.
