October 1 is a critical date for Workshop 2007 hotel reservations. All cancellations and changes to reservations must be made, in writing, by that date or your district will be held responsible for the cost of the rooms. If more rooms were booked than are now needed, or if the arrival or departure date of a board or staff member has changed, please have your business administrator fax notice of cancellations, later arrivals or earlier departures to AC Central Reservations Inc., at (609) 383-8801, or by e-mail.
After Oct. 1, rooms that are cancelled will result in complete forfeiture of all money paid. Guests who check out prior to the date of departure indicated on their reservation will also not be entitled to a refund. |
