The meeting of NJSBA’s Board of Directors took place on Friday, Sept. 14 in Mercerville.  Action taken at the meeting included:

  • Presented resolutions and plaques to retiring Board of Directors members and administered the oath of office to Officers, Board of Directors Members and Alternates.

  • Received and discussed recommendation of Executive Director Search Committee.

  • Approved roll call vote items:
    1. 1st reading, 2nd reading and adopted revisions to Governance and Operations policies:
