In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, notice is hereby provided of a meeting of NJSBA’s Executive Committee. The meeting will be held at NJSBA Headquarters, 413 W. State St., Trenton, on Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2007, 6:30 p.m. The meeting is open to the public.

The agenda, to the extent known at this time, will include action/discussion of open and closed session minutes of the Sept. 5, 2007 meeting; vouchers past 60 days; ratification of officers’ vouchers; review of proposed Board of Directors agenda for Oct. 19, 2007; Construction Review/Facilities update; a resolution concerning compliance responsibilities of the IRS regulations of 403(b) plans; debriefing from September BOD meeting re: board member engagement; 2006-07 Audit, update on Association surveys; surplus transfers; how to review financials; appointment of ad hoc committee concerning attendance at Delegate Assemblies; and Board of Directors Oct. 20, 2007 retreat.
