NJSBA seeks a Field Service Representative to conduct board effectiveness training, school community relations, superintendent evaluation and searches, strategic planning, marketing and public engagement referenda.

Must be able to develop and deliver effective presentations, handle multiple priorities, adhere to deadlines and have strong interpersonal and facilitation skills. Must be a self-starter with the ability to work out of both NJSBA office and employee’s own home. Evening and weekend work required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, two years experience with local board of education or organization dealing with education.

Minimum salary is $59,270; includes medical/dental, retirement, disability and sick leave benefits.
