A Message from the Executive Director

Dear School Board Member,

As NJSBA’s new Executive Director, I commit my enthusiasm, energy and skills to our Association’s mission:

The New Jersey School Boards Association, a federation of district boards of education, advocates, trains and provides resources for the advancement of public education in New Jersey.

My vision for the continued implementation of our mission is this:

The New Jersey School Boards Association, representing all local boards of education, will support the member involvement and sound decision-making needed to advance student achievement.

How do we get there? The Association’s Officers said it best at their annual retreat when they authored the NJSBA culture statement:

“The heart of the New Jersey School Boards Association is its staff, a group of can-do supportive people who pull together as a team to achieve common goals.”
