Accounts Payable/Payroll Bookkeeper

NJSBA seeks an Accounts Payable/Payroll Bookkeeper to process accounts payable invoices for payment; work with vendors to resolve disputes; assist in reconciliations; and analyze, prepare and input biweekly payroll data using an automated system to produce the biweekly payroll.

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with a variety of individuals. Must be able to handle multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines. High school diploma or equivalent required.  Two years accounting experience required; two years automated payroll experience preferred. Windows OS, Microsoft Word and Excel required. Experience with Great Plains and ADP for payroll preferred. Able to work evenings and weekends as required.

The minimum salary is $36,044 and includes medical/dental, retirement and disability benefits.
