Training Focuses on School Safety

The New Jersey College and University Public Safety Association is sponsoring the third annual North East Corridor Conference to provide training for public safety personnel. The program, to be held April 9-11 at the Atlantic City Hilton, is designed to benefit college and university safety officials as well as school resource officers.

This year’s program will include training on topics ranging from mass notifications during emergencies to behavioral assessments. More than 130 New Jersey schools utilize resource officers.
