Job Posting: Field Service Representative

NJSBA seeks a Field Service Representative to conduct board effectiveness training, school community relations, superintendent evaluations/searches, strategic planning, marketing/public engagement referenda.  Must be able to develop and deliver effective presentations and handling multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines. Must have strong interpersonal and facilitation skills and be a self-starter with the ability to work out of both the Association office and your own home office. Evening and weekend work required.  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, two years experience with local board of education or organization dealing with education. 

Minimum salary is $59,270.  Medical/dental, retirement, disability and sick leave benefits are provided.
