In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, notice is hereby provided of a meeting of the NJSBA Board of Directors. The meeting will be held at the Robert Wood Johnson Center for Health and Wellness, 3100 Quakerbridge Road, Mercerville, at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 14.

The meeting is open to the public.

The agenda, to the extent known at this time, will include discussion and/or action on: minutes of the Jan. 11, 2008 meeting; the 2008 Legislative Agenda and Action Plan; the 2008-2009 NJSBA budget; Governance and Operations policies on remote meetings, officer/board of directors/staff reimbursements, emergency office closings and conversion of vacation days; use of Association credit card for officer/staff travel; bylaws amendment on county school boards associations; final report of the ad hoc Committee to Study the Delegate Assembly; reports of the Officers, Executive Director and Construction Review Committee; and an update on resolutions received for the May 17, 2008 Delegate Assembly.
