Field Service Representative

NJSBA seeks a Field Service Representative to conduct board effectiveness training, school community relations, superintendent evaluations and searches, strategic planning, and marketing/public engagement referenda in the counties of Atlantic, Cape May and Salem. Must be able to develop and deliver effective presentations while handling multiple priorities and adhering to deadlines. Must have strong interpersonal and facilitation skills and be a self-starter with the ability to work out of the Association office and your home/office. Evening and weekend work required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, and two years experience with a local board of education or organization dealing with education are required.

Minimum salary is $59,270 and includes an excellent benefits package.
