Lehigh University will sponsor its 36th Annual Education Law Conference from 8:30 a.m. to 3:50 p.m. Friday, May 9.
The program will feature a mock due process hearing, a session on key current issues in special education, and other topics including alternative dispute resolution; issues for non-special education teachers created by least restrictive environment requirements; bullying and discipline; settlement agreements; medical issues; and serving as a witness at a hearing.
The event is geared toward those in the education and health communities of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including superintendents, principals and special education directors, school psychologists and counselors, teachers, social workers, attorneys and hearing officers.
