A Focus on Photos

NJSBA policy consultant David Bosted, Esq., presented a program on “The Three P’s: Publicity, Permission and Privacy,” to members of the New Jersey School Public Relations Association on June 25. Among the topics covered at the workshop were permission required for publishing photos of students, handling Internet images and video of students, and how to increase parental consent responses. Attendees included school administrators and public relations officials.
