Federal Judge Issues Decision in School Administrators' Lawsuit —Web Extra

On Nov. 25, U.S. District Court Judge Joel Pisano issued a decision in the lawsuit filed by the New Jersey Association of School Administrators (NJASA). The suit, filed in August, challenged the authority of the Commissioner of Education to adopt restrictions on administrator contracts. The NJASA has issued a press release concerning the opinion; a copy is available online.

School Board Notes will publish an article on the decision in next week’s print edition.
