Ethics/Financial Disclosure
Forms are Due April 30

NJSBA has posted School Ethics Disclosure Statement instructions online. The instructions are designed to assist school officials in completing the annual Personal/Relative Disclosure Statement and Financial Disclosure Statement.

The disclosure statements must be filed with the board secretary on or before April 30, or within 30 days of taking office or appointment, whichever is applicable.
