NJSBA Welcomes New Director of
Association & Business Development

Erik Endress has joined NJSBA as director of the association and business development department, effective June 29, Marie S. Bilik, NJSBA executive director, announced.

Endress’s professional career spans 15 years and has been focused on the areas of business development, relationship building and account management.  He has also conducted various live and online training presentations.  Erik has been a member of the Ramsey Board of Education for the past five and half years.  He graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey with a Bachelors of Arts in Communications. 

The director of association and business development plans and directs NJSBA’s entrepreneurial activities, oversees the Annual Workshop and serves as a consultant to the Educational Leadership Foundation of New Jersey (ELFNJ).
