More than 75 board members attended NJSBA’s Fall Public Relations Forum on Sept. 29, held at Raritan Valley Community College. The program addressed effective communications strategies and collective bargaining law and practices. Presenters included NJSBA staff, a superintendent who discussed his district’s negotiations and former reporters who are now education advocates.
