Schundler Named Acting Commissioner

Bret Schundler was named acting commissioner of education at the State Board of Education meeting on Jan. 20. In brief remarks he commended members of the Board, the public and the various education groups present. “Your work and your passion is essential for us to be successful. I look forward to working with you all and I think we can achieve great things for our children,” he said.
