Judging for the Innovations in Special Education awards, which recognizes creative and exemplary programs for special education students, took place on April 12. The award program is organized by NJSBA and ASAH (formerly the Association of Schools and Agencies for the Handicapped), which represents private special education schools.
The winning programs will be honored at a special event held in conjunction with Special Education Week in May.
