Paul Amoroso, superintendent for the Pompton Lakes School District, welcomed the attendees, and NJSBA field service representative Paul Breda spoke about common characteristics of high-performing school boards.

At left, school board members attending the fall meeting of the Passaic County School Boards Association share a laugh during one of the discussions.
