This fall, the New Jersey School Boards Association will be working to develop a Strategic Plan that will help guide the Association into the near future.

For decades, NJSBA has relied on a series of long-range plans to guide its efforts in areas ranging from advocacy to services.

The current Strategic Plan runs from 2008-2011.The next Strategic Plan will address Association goals in the coming 18 to 24 months.

Member Input Sought A survey has been emailed to all NJSBA members querying them on what they believe the Association’s priorities should be in the future.  There will also be discussion on the topic at County School Boards Association meetings throughout September and early October. 

NJSBA encourages school board members to take the opportunity to tell the Association how it can best serve school boards.
