Online Scheduler Helps Attendees Prepare for Workshop

NJSBA has created an interactive schedule to help attendees, exhibitors and speakers enhance their Workshop experience at the conference.

All programs at Workshop 2011 – which will be held from Oct. 24-26 at the Atlantic City Convention Center – are described in the interactive schedule, which can be accessed from any web browser, iPhone, Blackberry, Android or tablet device.

The personal scheduler helps attendees identify programs and events of interest, connect with the speakers, access the content that they are presenting, and see who else is planning to attend the same sessions.

The Workshop scheduler does not reserve seating in any session. Rather, it is a tool to make it easier for attendees to plan ahead and navigate around Workshop 2011.

Explore Events & Speakers The improved online schedule will allow school officials to explore the detailed agenda using multiple visual formats and filters, create a personalized itinerary, and connect with other attendees, speakers and exhibitors.

Getting started is easy: Attendees can simply connect to their Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn account and we'll show your friends and contacts who are also attending. Not feeling social? Create a private account to keep your plans to yourself.

Print out your plans to keep them handy, or get the most up-to-date data by using your mobile device or subscribing to the schedule and synchronizing with Microsoft Outlook or Google Calendar.

NJSBA has created an online tutorial to explain how the scheduler works.
