The Alliance for Competitive Energy Services, hereinafter “ACES,” composed of the New Jersey School Boards Association, hereinafter “NJSBA,” New Jersey Association of School Administrators, hereinafter “NJASA” and New Jersey Association of School Business Officials, hereinafter “NJASBO,”has awarded a competitive contract to Gabel Associates, Highland Park, New Jersey, N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4.1k, to administer the ACES’s electric and gas aggregation cooperative pricing system, offered to members of the New Jersey School Boards Association, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 48:3-91(h). The contract will commence June 1, 2012 and terminate on May 31, 2017. Gabel Associates was the successful proposer and will be compensated for electrical supply contracts $0.00023 per kwh and for gas supply contracts $0.00291 per therm.
