| The School Ethics Commission recently issued three complaint decisions that further clarify school official activity under the School Ethics Act, specifically in the area of local education association endorsement of board member candidates. | The United States Department of Education recently announced a new location on its Web site designed to be a one-stop-shop for emergency planning. The resource can help school officials plan for any emergency, including natural disasters, violent incidents and terrorist acts.
