A-3385 (Doria, Malone, Perez-Cinciarelli) and S-2290 (Bennett, Furnari)—Allows school boards to establish 457 deferred compensation plans for employees. The bill, signed into law by Governor McGreevey on August 19, also validates any 457 plan established by a board of education prior to the effective date of the act. Get the full story.
