Communications Competition Awards

Each year, the Communications Competition honors outstanding school district communications materials in various categories, including annual reports; audio-visual media; school calendars; finance publications; information guides and handbooks; magazines; newsletters; public relations projects; special purpose publications; district Web sites; and school exhibits at the annual Workshop.

Winners of the Awards of Excellence will be recognized at 12:10 p.m., on Thursday, October 27 in the Association booths area of the exhibit floor.

Submission Information
Participant submissions were divided into six classes according to the type and size of their school district: Class I - elementary and/or intermediate only; Class II - secondary only; Class III - K-12 with an enrollment of 4,500 or less; Class IV - K-12 with an enrollment of more than 4,500; Class V - Educational Services Commission; and Class VI - Jointure Commission.

Winning entries were assigned Awards of Excellence, Merit and Honorable Mention.
