James Stephen Gaffney, Oakland Board Member and Bergen County School Boards Association President, Dies

James Stephen Gaffney, who served as a board of education member at Oakland Public Schools for 20 years and was president of the Bergen County School Boards Association, died April 23. He was 64 years old.
